How Penroe works

From scattered signals
to a connected record.

Penroe connects the activity across your engagements, keeps risks and commitments in view, and gives your team the evidence to act.

Signal

Start where
the work happens.

Your projects stay in the tools your team already uses.

For a pilot, we identify the sources that hold the relevant conversations and delivery activity. Penroe connects that activity to the engagement record.

We’ll review your Slack, Jira, Linear, and calendar workflows together and agree on the connections and access needed before onboarding.

Evidence

See the concern
in context.

Penroe identifies risks across connected activity and links them to their sources. You can inspect what was said before deciding what it means.

A repeated concern is a signal.

In this fictional example, a forward deployed engineer is connecting a client’s warehouse system to its ERP. Production access comes up in an email, a team message, and a recorded sync. Nobody has filed the change board request.

Penroe brings the evidence together in the engagement record. The delivery lead decides how to resolve it with the client.

Evidence, over time

A handoff should
carry the promise.

A commitment made earlier in the engagement still matters after the conversation moves on.

A risk stays tied to a date.

Penroe carries risks and commitments forward and rechecks them against new activity. Each risk names the milestone it threatens, so a slipping dependency shows up next to the date it puts in question.

Your team can return to the source instead of relying on someone’s memory of the handoff.

A current record includes what is still unresolved.

Production access needs the client's change board. Missing the September 24 board leaves no time to validate access before UAT on September 28.

Nobody on the client side is named to approve the order field mapping before UAT.

The chip on each risk is the milestone it threatens.

Judgment

People stay
the authorization.

Penroe drafts client updates from the engagement record. The owner reviews the evidence, edits the draft, and approves what is shared.

Confirmed with the client's IT lead. We are filing for Thursday's board.

Production access came up in an email, a channel message, and this call. It needs change board approval, and the board meets once more before cutover.

Sandbox order sync passed end to end.

Penroe raised it the day of the third mention. A person confirmed it and made the call.

Access follows the source.
Penroe surfaces an item into a project only when everyone in the project already has access to it where it lives.
Customer data stays isolated.
Each customer’s data is isolated at the platform layer. We’ll walk through your access requirements before onboarding.
A draft waits for a person.
The engagement owner decides whether the update is accurate and ready for the client. Penroe does not replace that judgment.

Before you start.

Do we need to move our projects?

No. Penroe connects activity from your existing tools. We’ll choose the sources and engagements for the pilot together.

What happens when context is missing?

Your team reviews the sources behind a finding. If the evidence does not capture the full conversation, the engagement owner supplies that context before deciding what to share or do next.

What does a pilot involve?

We start with three active engagements, agree on access and sources, and review what Penroe surfaces with your delivery team. The pilot is a chance to evaluate the product against your own work.
