Your project context, now in
ChatGPT.
Ask ChatGPT about your projects, check a commitment, or create the next task. Penroe™ brings the project context into the conversation.
An AI platform for professional services firms, Penroe connects project conversations and documents and keeps plans current, so your assistant has the context to work from.
Production access is the issue to resolve before Monday’s UAT.
- What’s at risk
- The access request is still missing. Credentials and the firewall allowlist need change board approval.
- Why now
- The board meets every other Thursday. Missing this meeting puts cutover at risk.
- Ask on the call
- Who will submit the request, and can it reach Thursday’s board?
Also confirm who will approve the order field mapping before UAT.
Connect Penroe to ChatGPT.
The connection uses MCP, a standard that lets your assistant work with Penroe through your account.
Using Claude? You need a Penroe account, workspace and project access, and permission to add a custom connection in ChatGPT. Availability depends on your plan and organization’s settings.
https://mcp.penroe.app/mcp- In ChatGPT, open Plugins → + → Add custom MCP server. Name it Penroe, describe it as project context and coordination, and paste the server URL.
- Select OAuth, review the access warning, then choose Create as a plugin. Review the discovered tools and install it.
- Sign in to Penroe. Choose your workspace and review read, write, and optional tool access before selecting Allow.
- Start a conversation, type @, and select Penroe. Ask: “Which Penroe workspace and projects can I access?”
Directory listing in preparation. Use a custom connection for now. See OpenAI’s setup guide for current availability.
Your workspace.
Your control.
Your assistant acts as you, within your Penroe permissions. Review the access you grant and your client’s confirmation controls before connecting.
